MY COACHING METHOD

    Through reflection, we are able to see what aspects of our life are contributing or hindering our optimal well-being. We will examine difference sources of stress in your life and find ways to manage them so that you can feel regulated in your mind and body.

  • ACCEPT

    We can make the conscious choice to accept what we cannot change and make room for what we can change using the resources available to us. When making lifestyle changes, self-love and non-judgmental awareness are necessary to give us the momentum to move towards our own light.

  • REGULATE

    We will create an individualized plan that helps you feel regulated in mind, body, and spirit. This bio-individual plan focuses on reclaiming your sovereignty, empowering you to trust your instincts about what is best for you. Sometimes, it's just helpful to have someone supporting you every step of the way.
